Welcome to Sisters Shuttle, a ride-hailing platform operated by Sisters Delivery and Shuttle, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sisters Shuttle mobile application and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

 

1. Services

Sisters Shuttle provides ride-hailing transportation services to passengers in Sisters, Bend, and Redmond, Oregon. We connect passengers with vetted drivers through our mobile application.

 

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;
     

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
     

  • Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
     

 

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

 

4. Payments

Sisters Shuttle offers in-app payments via credit/debit card and also accepts cash or credit card payments directly to the driver. By using in-app payment options, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, including fares and any cancellation fees.

Prices may vary based on time, location, or demand. A fare estimate may be provided in advance, but final fares are determined upon ride completion.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Passenger Cancellations: You may cancel a ride at any time prior to driver arrival. If you cancel after the driver has been en route for more than 5 minutes, a $5 cancellation fee may apply.
     

  • No-Show Policy: If you are not present at the pickup location within 5 minutes of the driver’s arrival, the ride may be marked as a “no-show” and a $10 fee may apply.
     

  • Driver Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel a ride at any time due to safety, scheduling, or policy violations. You will not be charged if the driver cancels the ride.
     

 

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes;
     

  • Harass or endanger the safety of drivers;
     

  • Damage vehicles or property;
     

  • Use false information or impersonate another individual.
     

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sisters Delivery and Shuttle, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
     

  • Personal injury or property damage arising from the use of the Services;
     

  • Delays or service interruptions due to factors beyond our control.
     

 

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Deschutes County, Oregon.

 

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

 

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
